The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Union Square, right next to everything I wanted to shop at. The rooms are comfortable, but my room with a leaking ceiling was a downside. The service was friendly, but not ideal. The dining with home-made pies and jams was a delightful touch. The location is fantastic and convenient, but the facilities need improvement.
